Trademark costs may include USPTO government fees and separate support fees. USPTO fees are charged based on the filing type and number of classes. US Trademark Support charges a standard $50 service fee for filing support, and legal counsel is available for $500 when attorney-level review is requested.

Application & Class Fees

USPTO trademark application filing fee: $350 per class.
Each class covers a category of goods or services. If your application includes more than one class, the USPTO government fee is charged for each class.
US Trademark Support service fee: $50 for filing support.

Post-Filing & Renewal Fees

Statement of Use: $150 per class.
Statement of Use extension: $125 per class.
Section 8 Declaration: $325 per class.
Section 9 Renewal: $325 per class.
Combined Section 8 & 9: $650 per class.

These fees are separate from support or legal counsel fees.

Petition & Other Fees

Petition to Revive: $250.
Petition to Director: $400.
TTAB Notice of Opposition: $600 per class.
TTAB Petition for Cancellation: $600 per class.

Legal counsel review is available for $500 when requested or required for complex matters.
